Delivery & Returns


UK delivery charges are £4.95 for a single canvas. As all our products are made to order the delivery time will vary according to the product. Please see individual product for details (all lead times stated are in working days). Should you need an item quicker than the timescale stated, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please ensure that you enter your correct delivery details as we cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver in this circumstance. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery/shipping address details at the time of placing your order. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will endevour to re send the item to you but only if and when the parcel has been returned to ourselves. Under no circumstances will the item be re-sent until we have received the item back. We also cannot guarantee delivery of a product by a certain date. We can guarantee dispatch but delivery is in the hands of Royal Mail and therefore out of our control.

Also, if you are out when delivery is attempted, please make sure you collect from your local depot or re-arrange delivery within the time stated on the card. Otherwise the parcel will be returned to sender. We will do our best to return to you but all costs must be covered by yourselves. Please be aware that parcels can take up to 2 months to be returned to the sender.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch immediately to discuss. I am committed to providing first class customer service and will do my very best to remedy the situation. Please note that with personalised and made-to-order items we cannot accept refunds unless the item is faulty or there is a grammatical error where we are at fault. Please take care when ordering and completing the personalised details, any mistakes due to incorrect details supplied cannot be refunded or replaced. Any missing, damaged or incorrect items must be reported to us within 7 days of you receiving your order.
